Returning Confidence To The Housing Market

In September 2019, new home sales bounced back to levels seen in the latter half of 2018. The improvement in sales are a welcome reprieve from the steady decline that emerged in 2018. For the month of October in 2019, new home sales increased in all states except NSW which showed a decline of 12.1%.
