Barry Katipunan is a Certified Insurance Professional and Senior Associate with The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. Barry attained his Diploma in Insurance Broking with ANZIIF, the leading membership, education, training and professional development organisation for the insurance and finance industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
Barry started his career with HIA Insurance Services. HIAIS is a joint venture entity between AON, a multinational organisation dealing with people and risk management and The Housing Industry Assocation, the peak industry association for residential building in Australia.
Whilst initially starting his career within Sydney Australia, Barry had the opportunity to work in London UK for Marsh McLennan, a professional services firm in risk, strategy and people. It was here that he had worked within the Aerospace and Aviation division broadening his knowledge and sharpening his Insurance Broking skills.
Upon returning to Australia, Barry was offered employment with HIAIS and saw promotion through various leadership roles as Client Manager, Service Manager and Business Development Manager.
After 15 successful years working across the Insurance Broking industry, Barry commenced Hills Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd.

We also have a demonstrated history with helping builders and contractors in the construction industry advising on their insurance program.
